Coming Together to Pray for Belgium and the Recent Attacks
Since the attacks on Paris in January and November, the world has been cautiously opening itself back up. We move forward with the knowledge that we cannot succumb to the fear that these kinds of attacks mean to place in our hearts. The harming of innocents is meant to support terrorist ideals, to threaten our sense of safety, and to endanger our personal freedoms.
The deadly blasts in Brussels today are a reminder that we must come together as a spiritual community and reach across the divide between our varied religious beliefs. We must prayerfully combine all of our positive energies in order to join one another across the planet and visualize the best possible outcome regarding this situation.
This dilemma can only be helped by an outpouring of aid on a physical and spiritual level. Below is our proposed global prayer. Please join thousands of others across the planet in visualizing it as often as you can — for the next 24 hours and beyond.
Suggested Prayer:
“WE PRAYERFULLY COME TOGETHER TO LIFT UP THE PEOPLE IN BELGIUM WHO HAVE BEEN VIOLATED BY THESE SENSELESS ATTACKS. WE ALSO SEEK TO RADIATE DIVINE LOVE, THAT OUR ARMS OUTSTRETCHED MAY SERVE TO HOLD AND COMFORT THEM. WE PRAY FOR OUR LEADERS, AS THEY BIND TOGETHER TO FACE THESE ADVERSARIES. MAY THE EVIL IN THE WORLD BE TRANSCENDED, AS WE WORK TO MOVE PAST HATE AND PROPEL PEACE, LIGHT AND LOVE INTO OUR OWN COMMUNITIES..”
