The GPP: A Prayer for Peace in Ukraine
Fighting in Ukraine is at a six-month high, with world leaders warning that this conflict could break out into widespread war. Unfortunately feelings on both sides are even more entrenched. Vladimir Putin speaks openly about returning Russia to its past influence while European countries seem reluctant to take action with more economic sanctions.“Prayer works!
As spiritual people, we can dedicate ourselves to faithfully visualizing the best positive resolution to this ongoing conflict. This situation can only be helped by massive aid at the global level. Below is our proposed global prayer. Please join thousands of others across the planet in visualizing it as often as you can — for the next 24 hours and beyond.

- From a Ukrainian expat here in the US that lives near me, what’s occurring is like “boys playing with toy guns” loving the opportunity to go out and cause trouble.
- From views expressed by legitimate news outlets in China, the Middle East, Africa, South America and Russia what’s occurring is purely a Western initiated overthrow supporting Nazi-inspired white supremacists in lawlessness and the purpose is 1) try to destabilize the new Russian economy and 2) maintain control of oil supplies to Europe. There is also some talk about a plot to expand the territory of Israel up into eastern Europe where Jewish communities were prevalent for centuries before WWII, but I don’t put much credence behind this one due to the number of Jews being executed by Western Ukrainian forces at the current moment…
- And as you express below, from views expressed by news outlets in the US and repeated by those in Canada and Western Europe, Russia is accused of instigating trouble in Eastern Ukraine to prevent the country from becoming part of EU and NATO.
I’m not going to argue for any one of the three points. There is too much unrevealed to us by ANY news source for me to make a valid analysis. Although I will say that my research of sources in all languages, internationally, does lend most substance to #2 with undoubtedly #1 and #3 reactions playing a part in the level of violence. As one simple example, I add this infographic of the Western-NATO military actions currently occurring surrounding Russia … it’s pretty clear that such activity is meant to be “threatening”.
